This will eventually cause you anxiety and high-stress levels at the end of the day.

The sugar content of energy drinks is 50 grams of sugar per bottle. Having this regularly increases blood sugar levels. It also causes the rapid deposition of unhealthy fats in various parts of your body. Drinking sugary drinks can stimulate your appetite to eat more foods. Energy drinks can have serious health effects, particularly in children, young adults, and teenagers.

Tooth decay comes because of too much sugar. Energy drinks weaken your bones including your teeth. This is also considered more acidic than coffee. These acids stay in your teeth longer which trigger decay. Energy drinks also contain too much caffeine than ordinary coffee. It decreases the amount of sleep you have per day.
