Can you mix vegetables during the VLCD?

The answer would be yes but you cannot do it every day. When you try to mix vegetables you have to make sure that the veggies are on the diet food list. Take small amounts of each vegetable and avoid to sauté them in oil. When you mix vegetables you still have to weigh them raw and avoid using salad dressings or butter. Make sure that you get a small number of calories in your mixed vegetable serving.

How to mix vegetables during Phase 2 of the HCG diet?

The first thing you have to do is to get the right amount of protein and whole fruit. For example, is to get 100 grams of protein and a whole apple. Get at least 3 types of vegetables that you can have during the second phase of the HCG diet. Take a small amount per vegetable and have it as your mixed vegetable dish. To be specific you must have 50 calories on your mixed vegetable serving. You can steam or boil them but you must avoid using oils or salad dressings.

Does mixing vegetables have a big impact on your VLCD?

Mixing vegetables could impact your VLCD when you have them in a larger amount. However, if your calorie intake not higher than 500 a day you will still stay on your diet track. You cannot do this way of eating vegetables every day on your Phase 2. It is still better if you sill sticks to the original protocol which allows one vegetable per meal.
