- Coffee– Black coffee to be specific can help you lose weight. Coffee is one of the beverages that you can have at any time of the day on your VLCD. You can also add a tablespoon of milk per day if you want to. You can also use stevia to improve the taste of your coffee. Coffee helps to stimulate so that your body will release fats. It can help the HCG in burning your body fats.
- Water- during the HCG diet you have to make sure that you drink plenty of water per day. Water plays a big role in hydration and maintaining your weight loss. Can you drink flavored water on Phase 2 of the HCG diet?
